MOSFETs

Based on the advantages of Automotive Grade over silicon, Automotive Grade MOSFETs are particularly prominent among switching transistors for high-power applications and power switching applications, such as inverters for photovoltaics and electric vehicles. There are two basic types of MOSFET structures, namely planar Automotive Grade MOSFETs and trench Automotive Grade MOSFETs.
